The scene in Chapter 41 where Ciel straddles Sebastian's supposedly dead body, buries his face in Sebastian's throat and insists his butler was never to leave his side, as well as putting his hand on Sebastian's face.Chapter 36 has Ciel holding onto Sebastian while he hold's Ciel's face and Ciel says "that demon is mine" meaning Sebastian.Also in chapter 34 the cover page features Sebastian getting close to Ciel and taking his coat and hand.
When Ciel gets an asthma attack in chapter 28 Sebastian is shown to get really worried for him and pick him up and hold him close in chapter 29.In an earlier chapter Sebastian watches Ciel as he sleeps.Chapter 25 has Sebastian tell Ciel he's rooting for him to pass the entrance exam into the circus from the bottom of his heart.Later on, Sebastian saves Ciel from being auctioned off by Aleister, even carrying him bridal style while he's wearing that frilly dress. Which was to enable Ciel to crossdress as a girl (wearing a frilly dress and sporting longer hair) so he could attend Aleister's party where he shared a dance with Sebastian who was wearing gentlemen's evening wear.Let's not forget the (in)famous corset scene from chapter 8/episode 4.where it looked like Sebastian was having sex with a naked sweat covered Ciel from behind, complete with a blushing Ciel gasping out he "can't take anymore" and Sebastian telling Ciel to "bear with it." Of course, they're referring to Sebastian helping Ciel put on a corset.Sebastian's default habit of carrying Ciel bridal style, especially in the manga, and how he constantly rescues Ciel.Sebastian's daily routine involves dressing Ciel in all his outfits (some of which are quite fetish-y) and bathing him, which means he's certainly seen Ciel naked.I would follow you to the depths of hell.
